No contact form, on purpose: there is no backend behind this site to receive one, and a form that quietly dropped your message would be worse than none at all.

A deployment, or a workload you have in mind

Write to contact@apexcorp.app. Tell us what the work actually is — a support queue, a documentation backlog, a research pipeline — rather than which features you want. We are early enough that the first customers shape the product, and that conversation is more useful than a demo call.

Running it inside your own network

That is the Enterprise tier. We agree terms first, then send you the setup instructions and everything needed to stand it up yourself, and stay available while you do. Expect us to ask about your data boundaries before quoting anything.

A security vulnerability

Please report it privately first, to the address above, and give us a chance to fix it before disclosure. We will acknowledge within two working days. The security page sets out what is already enforced and — more usefully — what is not yet true.

Billing and accounts

Payments are handled by Paddle, who are the merchant of record — invoices come from them, and the billing portal linked on every invoice is where cards and cancellations live. Write to us about anything they cannot resolve, and about refunds, which we approve and they pay out.

Legal notices

The legal pages still carry bracketed placeholders for the entity name, registered address and jurisdiction. Formal notices cannot be validly served until there is a company and an address to serve them on. Write to us in the meantime and we will tell you honestly where things stand.
